All car rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance coverage, costs, and your obligations related to the rental. In instances of discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the latter will take precedence.
Eligibility Criteria

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- Vehicles must not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing or off-road driving. Transporting hazardous materials or subletting vehicles to unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Ensure that passenger and weight limits are adhered to, and do not drive outside the agreed geographical areas without prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Bath will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid for the rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
